PURSUANT TO THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE, ARTICLE 2, SECTION 316, SELLER SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
